New York Times’ Ashlee Vance is reporting that Wei-han Lien, a senior manager of Apple’s chip team has posted on his LinkedIn profile that he is busy at work crafting an ARM processor for the next generation iPhone. Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs has previously said in an interview that Apple bought PA Semi to work on designing processors for future iPhones and iPods.
