Apple today announced the Apple Ultracompact USB Power Adapter Exchange program. Apple has determined that under certain conditions then new ultracompact Apple USB power adapters metal prongs can break off and remain in a power outlet, creating risk of electric shock. The power adapters sold in US Japan Canada, Mexico and several Latin American countries may have this problem and should be exchanged for new, redesigned ultracompact adapter. Read More
