Intel is planning to announce a second mobile quad-core processor at its Developer Forum next week. The company has already announced that it will ship quad-core 2.53GHz Core 2 Extreme processor in Q3 2008 for high-end systems and HP has also shown notebooks based on that processor at SIGGRAPH Expo.
