Smartbooks is the name given by NVIDIA and Qualcomm to the netbooks based on ARM processors. Many companies including Acer, Foxconn, Pegatron Technology, Compal Electronics and Inventec Appliances are planning to launch smartbooks in fourth quarter this year.
